I managed to finish this book, and really not impressed. Just channeled stuff that conflicts with other more respected sources like Seth.
I had to agree with much of what was written about as far as climate change and the sad spiritual condition of humanity.
I still don't know that much about ETs, though.
The chakra cleansing exercise is good but I had to change the wording on the other exercise because one should not will other people to be open or not be open to higher energies, because it is control.

I have been educating myself on the subject of truth, a fellow truth seeker. This is an awesome start, I am grateful to James and all higher Beings who are supporting and aiding us in our awakening and enlightenment.
